The IV International scientific and practical conference “Education, law and public administration – new development trends”
On March 27-28, 2025, the IV International scientific and practical conference “Education, law and public administration – new development trends” was held
The conference was organized by the Department of Cybersecurity and Computer Engineering together with Al-Rafidain University (Baghdad, Iraq) and the University of the National Education Commission (Krakow, Poland), with which Memorandums of Cooperation were signed, and was dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the KNUBA.
On 27.03.25, the conference participants were welcomed by the rector of Al-Rafidain University (Iraq), Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Sheer, director of the Institute of Technical Sciences of the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow (Poland), Dr. Hab., Professor, Henryk Noga, and the rector of the Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism, Honored Worker of the Social Sphere of Ukraine, Doctor of Science in Public Administration Viktor Sukhomlyn (Ukraine).
Interesting reports on the conference topics were heard, in particular Viktoriia Trofymchuk (USA), Maria Vorona (Sri Lanka), Agnieszka Zwolenik and Karina Janisz from the University of the National Commission for Education (Krakow, Poland); Aqeel Mahmood Jawad and Mohammed Khodayer Aldulaimi (Iraq); Denis Kotenko, Serhiy Stavroyani, Yaroslav Zhuravel, Kyrylo Voronezhsky, Yulia Chervyak (Ukraine).
All reports were in English. The organizers and moderators of the conference were Candidate of State Administration, Assoc. Prof. Dmytro Khlaponin and Doctor of Technical Sciences Nameer Qasim.
On 28.03.25, the participants of the conference (in Baghdad, Krakow and Kyiv) were awarded certificates.
Articles and abstracts of reports were submitted by participants from Ukraine, the USA, Sri Lanka, Poland, Iraq, Bulgaria and others. Selected articles, as in previous years, will be published in Scopus publications. Another 50 articles have been submitted and are under review. To date, the team of organizers of international cooperation has published over 130 articles in Scopus publications, including co-authored with KNUBA teachers.

27-28 березня 2025 р. була проведена ІV Міжнародна науково-практична конференція “Освіта, право та публічне управління – новітні тенденції розвитку”
Конференція була організована кафедрою кібербезпеки та комп’ютерної інженерії спільно з Аль-Рафідаїн Університетом (Багдад, Ірак) та Університетом національної комісії з освіти (Краків, Польща), з якими підписані Меморандуми про співпрацю та присвячена 95-річчю КНУБА.
27.03.25 з вітальними промовами до учасників конференції звернулися ректор Аль-Рафідаїн університету (Ірак) доктор Махмуд Джавад Абу Шер, директор Інституту технічних наук Університету Комісії національної освіти у Кракові (Польща), д-р хаб., професор, Генрик Нога та ректор Академії праці, соціальних відносин і туризму, Заслужений працівник соціальної сфери України, доктор наук з державного управління Віктор Сухомлин (Україна).
Були заслухані цікаві доповіді за тематикою конференції, зокрема Viktoriia Trofymchuk (США), Maria Vorona (Шрі-Ланка), Agnieszka Zwolenik та Karina Janisz (Польща); Aqeel Mahmood Jawad та Mohammed Khodayer Aldulaimi (Ірак); Денис Котенко, Сергій Ставрояні, Ярослав Журавель, Кирило Воронежський, Юлія Червяк.
Всі доповіді були англійською мовою. Організаторами та модераторами конференції були канд. держ. упр., доц. Дмитро Хлапонін та д.т.н. Намір Касім.
28.03.25 учасникам конференції (в Багдаді, Кракові та Києві) були вручені сертифікати.
Статті та тези доповідей подали учасники з України, США, Шрі-Ланки, Польщі, Іраку, Болгарії та ін. Відібрані статті, як і минулих років, будуть опубліковані в виданнях Scopus. Чергові 50 статей подані та знаходяться на рецензуванні. Станом на сьогодні команда організаторів міжнародної співпраці опублікувала понад 130 статей в виданнях Scopus, в т.ч. в співавторстві з викладачами КНУБА.
