1.Development of comprehensive master’s degree programs in BIM design, construction and operation of buildings and structures, with an emphasis on the interaction of specialists from different areas of construction activity, which are adapted to the requirements of the labor market and increase the competitiveness of higher education graduates in the employment process. New curricula will be implemented in 5 Ukrainian universities with different areas of study in accordance with local and regional needs. Creation of BIM centers on the basis of Ukrainian partner universities of The BRIDGE consortium and joint publication of new educational materials by consortium teachers, including Ukrainian and EU project partners.

  1. Strengthening ties between universities and enterprises to eliminate discrepancies between employer requirements and offers of higher education institutions. Development and offering holistic solutions to improve student employment in the construction sector.
  2. Digitization of 10 modules (2 from each of the Ukrainian universities) for shared use by consortium participants on a common open e-Bridge platform with the aim of developing micro-qualifications, implementing a lifelong learning system, and transitioning to virtual mobility in the long term.
